Tour Itinerary

Day 01: Kathmandu - Dhunche (1965 m) - Shyabrubensi (2130 m).

The road rises as soon as it comes out of Kathmandu and crossed a small pass to Kakani 2145 m. On a clear day, the view is great on Annapurna II, Manaslu and Ganesh Himal massif. Then we pass the rice terraces of the broad valley of the Trisuli to arrive at the large town of Trisuli Bazaar 548m. The roadway narrows, winding among many spurs, and finally reaches Dhunche few miles away, Shyabrubesi . Overnight in guesthouse. 7-8 hour drive. 112 km.

Day 02: Shyabrubensi - Gatlang

After half an hour's climb Shyabrubensi, we reach the point of view from which we can see a fantastic view of Ganesh Himal, and the valley Gosaikunda Goljang. We walk up the valley Goljang where we have lunch after an hour walk. Gatlang the beautiful Tamang village is 3 hours walk from Goljang. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with khatas (white scarves) and offer them the inhabitants Rakshi, local alcohol, which will be accompanied by a welcome song in local language and local dance Syabru. Night at the stay in community lodge.

Day 03: Gatlang - Tatopani

This will be the most eventful day (7 hours) The trail begins by descending to Thangbuchet (village near Chilime) Bhotekoshi by the river. Chilime lunch where we see a hydroelectric dam. The track then climb to cross the suspension bridge and continue until the rise Tatopani, which means "hot water", where you can take a bath in the spring in the warm waters of the mountain. The people believe in the healing power of water soften the pain. Dinner and overnight at local tea house.

Day 04: Tatopani - Thuman

The trail climbs to Nagthali Danda (3300m), high open grassland on the snowy peaks of the Himalayas. Brimdang lunch. Then climb up Nagthali Danda. We can spend some time at the top enjoying a tea prepared by the keeper Gompa. We arrive at Thuman, influenced by Tamang village where locals Tibetans love to sing and dance. Dinner and overnight at local tea house.

Day 05: Thuman - Briddim

The day begins with a flat track at the beginning and then descends to Timure: old trade route from Tibet. Rasuwaghadi lunch then 3 hours walk to reach Briddim, another village influenced by Tibetan Tamang. Stay at teahouse Briddim is a unique experience homestay and meals shared with families.

Day 06

The trekker will appreciate the evenings to share with the family, living and eating traditional food with them such as bread, rice Tibetan, Syakpa (flat sherpa), Tibetan tea, wine Briddim. It can also observe local rituals and cultural practices with the family and go to the village to watch the way of life, customs and traditions of the people. In the evening, it collects in traditional costume, to perform cultural songs and dances welcome sign for visitors. The host family invited to explain the life of the village and he will discover the handmade crafts that will buy before commercialization.

07: After breakfast, depart for Syabrubesi.

Walk: 3 hours Briddim. Lunch and afternoon free. Dinner and overnight at Syabrubesi.

Day 08

Drive back Sybrubeshi - Kathmandu.
