Day 01
Kathmandu - Dhunche (1 965 m) - Shyabrubensi (2 130 m). 118 kms drive about 7 hrs.
Near the Ganja La, the pass that separates the valley of Langtang and Helambu the stands draped a peak of snow and ice, Naya Kanga 5846m. The approach march begins in Helambu, through the sacred lakes of Gosaikund, then up the valley of Langtang, just below the Tibetan border and populated by Tibetans and Tamang. From the base camp just before the Ganja La pass, the ascent in a day and has no particular technical difficulties. After the pass, the trail descends towards the Helambu and through many Sherpa villages. Landscapes traversed are extremely varied: rice terraces, forests of giant rhododendrons and fir, and altitude ranges rockery and bushes with snow and parts, in the background, the breathtaking spectacle of peaks that exceed 6000 m

Naya Kanga Base Camp - pass Ganja La (5121 m) then to Keldang. 4300 m.
Keldang pour/ Dukpu. 4020 m.
Dukpu / Gangjwal. 2500 m.
Gangjwal / Kakani. 1900 m.
Kakani / Gyalthum.
Depart Gyalthum/Melamchi then (5h) to kathmandu.
