Nepal White Water Rafting - 1-6 Days

0

Explore the river with rafts carrying all your gear and food. Get your thrills in white- water challenges through the teamwork and group participation of paddle rafting. We provide experienced rafting services and are in contact with strong teams with an intimate knowledge of the river. For both your safety and comfort, specialized equipment of high quality is supplied. A qualified guide conducts the trip on the spectacular river, the mosaic cultural impact and the scenery that unfolds before your eyes as the wild river takes you to a destination conjured by any river-runner's dreams.

The Kali Gandaki (class 3 to 4) is a three day trip starting at Baglung and taking out at the dam site. The continual rapids and high water offer an exhilarating experience. This holy river is challenging, parts of it seldom rafted and the trip goes through isolated areas with much wildlife. Of course, the pastoral scenery, villages and pagoda style temples devoid of any road alongside elevates the other worldly feeling of this river expedition.

The Trishuli is a recommended combination with trips to Pokhara and Chitwan, the white water between Baireni and Mugling add spice to an ideal rafting experience. Usually the rapids are comfortable and spaced apart. The monsoon transforms the Trisuli into a cauldron and rafters decrease then.

The Bhote Koshi (class 3, 4 and5) is for avid rafters. The intensely steep rapids require the best guides. It's considered one of the best short raft trips found anywhere in the world. Usually an estimated 95 km run, the ups and downs are an electric two day trip. The Sunkoshi put-in is at Dolalghat, the trading town with its tiny bazaar and quaint temples. It is the longest Nepali river trip going all of the 270 km. The mythical Mahabharat Range reaching down to the Gangetic plains embraces the riverside world of diverse peoples settled on its banks. The sparkling beaches, the almost lagoon blue water and the beautiful scenery enhances the moments of a river journey to be treasured. The take out at Chatara usually leaves an attitude of promising oneself to return and do this awesome trip one more time some other day.
