The Gokyo Peak and Kala Patthar as well as the Everest base camp tour are on the pogram.

The departure is from Lukla. Direction Namche Bazar and the valley of Thame for the first of the 3 passes Renjo Pass. Arrival in Gokyo for the night and ascent of the Gokyo Peak the next day. Then it is the pass of Chola Pass. At Lobuche direction the Kala Patthar and at the base camp of Everest. with can be the most beautiful view of all the peaks of Nepal Khumbu.

Day 1

Arrival in Kathmandu 1300m and transfer to the hotel

Day 2: Flight to Lukla 2835m and Trek> Phakding 2610m

Transfer to Kathmandu airport and flight to Lukla 2835 m altitude. Departure of the trekking. Descent along a beaten path, between forests and culture. Passing to the village of Ghat then arrival in Phakding. Overnight at the Lodge.

Day 3: Trek Namche Bazar 3440m.

The trail sinks into the gorges of the Dudh Kosi and goes up to the village of Monjo. Arrival at the entrance of Sagarmatha National Park where it is necessary to present our permits. Arrival at the foot of Namche. A path winds up through the pines. Passing the bar of 3000 meters, we slow down ... About 3100 meters, first glimpse of Everest. Arrival at Namche Bazar, capital of the country sherpa; Animated atmosphere ... Installation at the lodge for one night at 3440 meters.

Day 4: Rest at Namche Bazar 3440m. Or Trek A / R Khumjung 3780m

Rest and hydration to allow our bodies to acclimatize or climb to a small pass leading to the Khumjung plateau. Passage through the Everest hotel, overlooking a large part of the massif: Ama Dablam, Lhotse and Everest. Tour Khumjung and Khunde villages, surrounded by potatoes and cabbage ... Return to Namche Bazar by a descent.

Day 5: Trek for Thamé 3800m.

Departure from the valley of Bhote Kosi. The trail facilitates our acclimatization. Views on summits between 6000 and 7000 meters and on the chains of the Kongde Ri and the Lumding Himal 6700m. Descent to the river surrounded by large Buddhist frescoes painted on the rock. Cross the Bhote Kosi and walk to the village of Thamé, the place of rest for the evening.

Day 6: Trek to the Lengdeng mountain pastures 4380m.

Traditional place of passage between Nepal and Tibet, the Nangpa La pass is always borrowed by traders with their caravans of yaks and by some Tibetan refugees. Several hamlets punctuate our progress in this valley, offering an authentic view of the massif. A last crossing of the Bhote Kosi makes it possible to reach Lengdeng. The most retired lodge in the massif.

Day 7: Passage of the Renjo The 5340m, descent to Gokyo 4750m.

The climb to the Renjo La is made by a succession of small plateaus. Around 4500 meters, arrived on a sandy area! Some small lakes embellish a very wild plant world. At the pass, exceptional view of the Everest massif. Descent to the mountain pastures of Gokyo. We go round the great lake. Overnight in lodge at the village of Gokyo, located in one of the most beautiful places ...

Day 8: Gokyo Peak (5280 m)

Growing more and more beautiful towards the Gokyo Peak. Incredible views of the highest mountains: Cho Oyu, Everest, Lhotse, Makalu. Then back to Gokyo.

Day 9: Trek> Dragnak 4690m

To Dragnak, a hamlet on the other side of the Ngozumpa glacier. Descend to the marked passage of cairns which allows to traverse without risk a chaos of stones broad of 1.5 km. Rest before the climb to Cho Pass The next day.

Day 10: Passage of Cho The 5420m and descent to Dzongla 4830m.

We leave Dragnak to reach a wall of stones. The trail takes shape to offer a good passage. After two and a half hours of effort, we reach the Cho La. From the pass, magnificent panorama. Long descent to the alpine pastures in the midst of yak herds. Arrival at Dzongla Lodge.

Day 11: Ascent to Kala Patar 5543m and Gorak Shep 5250m

Descent to Lake Tshola then arrival in the hamlet of Lobuche. Ascent to Gorak Shep. Here, pause before entering Kala Patar. We are facing the Everest. Unforgettable view on the highest peak in the world and on numerous peaks of more than 7000 meters: Nupse, Pumori, Ama Dablam ... Return to the lodge of Gorak Shep for the night.

Day 12: Everest Base Camp

Round trip to Everest base camp.

Day 13: Trek> Dingboche to descend to Dingboche.

Day 14: Trek> Pangboche, Tengboche (3860 m)

Cross the valley to Pangboche. Visit the monastery and descend into gorges before ascending through a beautiful forest, where it is common to cross musk deer. Climb up to Tengboche. Visit the Sherpa Monastery at the foot of the Ama Dablam.

Day 15: Trek> Namche (3440m).

Descent into the valley to reach Phuki Tenga. Ascent to Namche Bazar.

Day 16: Trek> Lukla (2850 m).

Return to Lukla. Overnight at lodge and lunch. Rest, shopping, observation of the village animation. br>trek: 5 / 6h / altitude: +350 m / -940 m
