The Khopra trek is one of the most impressive. Nature intact and beautiful . The beautiful trek treaverse through the villages of Magar, Gurung, Kami, Damai and Chhetri - Brahman villages with their farmland in beautiful terraces. The most spectacular and breathtaking views of snow-capped peaks. During trek you will have the opportunity to observe real Nepalese lifestyles (their culture, art of living and religion) and stay with families.
Hiking in the lush virgin forest, very few tourists on the quiet and peaceful path. The different views of the mountains are simply breathtaking. Khopra Trek, south of the Annapurna region is one of the last jewels of the Himalayas; A panoramas of mountains , and a peaceful nature await the adventurous explorer. Transfer to Pokhara in the morning. Arrival in Pokhara and transfer to Nayapul. Beginning of the hike crossing a suspension bridge, then overnight in Birethanti

At Birethanti,Walk to Modi Khola, passing through the colonies inhabited by Chettris and Brahmins. In clear weather, you can admire the Machhapucharre (6993m). Arrival at Shyauli Bazar and lunch break. Beginning of the ascent to Ghandruk. Ghandruk is one of the largest villages in the Gurung region. It is known to be inhabited by men who served in the Gurkhas . Spectacular views of the South Annapurna (7219m), Hiunchuli (6441m), Machapuchhare (6993m), and Hiunchuli (6434m). Overnight at the Lodge.

Entry into the forest of rhododendrons. This one is particularly sound of birds and small waterfalls. In spring (late March to April), the rhododendron is in full bloom. There are no villages on the road but some tea parlors in Baisi Kharkha, offering welcome drinks and a place to rest. Beautiful views of Annapurna II (7937m), Annapurna III (7555m), Annapurna IV (7525m), Annapurna South (7237m), Machhapuchhare (6993m) and Lamjung Himal (6931m) along the way. Your lodge at Tadapani is the perfect place to sleep and wake up on a magnificent panorama.

Leave the main trek route that leads to Ghorepani to follow other trail. The climb is gradually and emerges above the tree line. Superb view of the Annapurnas. Lunch at the edge of a small stream, then climb gradually to reach a small pass. Arrival at Bayli Kharka. From the lodge, great views of the Dhaulagiri Himal.

In the morning, descend by the forest to reach the pasture of Chistibung. Lunch then walking through the forest, climbing up gradually and passing through several pasture . Arrive on a clearing, where you can stay in the small community. We are off the beaten track, Overnight at Dhan Kharka Lodge.

To reach the ridge at Kopra, regular climb that towards the tree line. This area is known for its wildlife. The best is to ride regularly, take your time and rest as often as you want. Guests can reach the lodge at Kopra Ridge for lunch and enjoy a grand view. The lodge of Kopra is the highlight of the trek.

Two days in Khopra are advised. Possibility to visit the surroundings, such as Khayar Lake. However, this is not recommended for every hiker, as it is a very long way to reach the lake and back. It takes a minimum of 7 to 8 hours, round trip.

From Kopra Ridge, head down the village of Swanta, where we spend the night in the lodge

From Swanta, descent through the fields to a small river. From there, we will cross the suspension bridge, in the direction of the village of Chittre, where we will join the main trekking track. Ascension to the village of Ghorepani where we will be welcomed by a magnificent view on the Dhaulagiri massif and rest.

From Ghorepani, we will follow the trail of Poon Hill. Climb more arduous and descent on the other side. We will cross a forest by a steep path along the ridge and finally we will see the house of Moharedanda. The hike continues along the ridge and with a view of the surrounding forest and the mysterious southern landscapes. Moharedanda is a good place to rest a day. 360 ° view of the mountain, magical panoramas and magnificent sunrises and sunsets.

Beautiful view of the mountains at sunrise. After breakfast, departure for a walk that crosses the beautiful forest of rhododendrons and then lunch in the village of Nangethanti. In the afternoon, trek through the forest. We arrive in Ulleri with plenty of time to explore this picturesque village. Very steep descent of 500 meters towards the river Bhurungdi Khola where we will cross a small suspended bridge to reach the village of Tirkedunga.
